Job Opportunity: Home-Based Care SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home-Based Care Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will provide high-quality care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary role will be to support clients with daily living activities, maintain a safe and healthy environment, and promote independence.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation. You will also need to observe client wellbeing and make recommendations for care enhancements. We are looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.

Requirements:
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full comprehensive insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously
Benefits:
  • $6,000 yearly car allowance
  • Leading industry rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
