About the Role

Stryker is seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Manager to drive the company's sustainability initiatives and develop an ESG strategy aligned with industry standards and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an ESG strategy for tracking, measuring, and reporting ESG metrics and performance indicators.
  • Conduct gap assessments to identify business risks and opportunities based on regulatory requirements.
  • Establish high standards of corporate governance, ethics, and transparency, embedding these into the risk management framework.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal, cross-functional, and global stakeholders to communicate ESG initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to minimize environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices.
  • Engage and educate staff through participating in our Environment & Sustainability Employee Resource Group.
  • Prepare and disseminate ESG disclosures and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
