ESG Manager Role

Scape is a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia, with a vision to be the Earth's best living company. We are seeking a driven ESG Manager to support the delivery of our ambitious ESG targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Scape's ESG data, sustainability reporting, and GRESB response. They will also assist in responding to investor ESG queries, managing consultants, addressing ESG risk and compliance matters, and driving continuous improvement to hit our ESG targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Scape's ESG data and sustainability reporting
  • Respond to investor ESG queries and manage consultants
  • Address ESG risk and compliance matters
  • Drive continuous improvement to hit ESG targets

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a discipline related to sustainability in the built environment
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience; 5-10+ years experience highly regarded
  • Desirable: relevant additional qualifications and experience with key ESG rating & reporting systems
