Role Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive arts and cultural initiatives in a thriving community.

As a key member of the Community Capacity Building team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing arts programs, managing the city's art collection, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-standard exhibitions and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative arts programs that engage the community
  • Manage the Rockingham Arts Centre, ensuring it remains a well-utilised space with high-quality exhibitions and programs
  • Oversee curatorial contracts and public art commissions, leveraging your expertise in art collection management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding exhibitions and programs that meet or exceed community expectations
  • Contribute to the development of the city's arts and cultural strategy, shaping the vision for a vibrant cultural landscape

Key Requirements:
