About the Role

The Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping our client's technology infrastructure by working closely with stakeholders, systems and transformation teams to define, design and deliver innovative solutions that align with our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze and validate business requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with software developers to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Create detailed design documents, including data flows, process flows and system configurations.
  • Configure Salesforce and other systems, developing flows, validation rules and reports.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking progress and managing risks and issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to ensure system quality and user satisfaction.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of BABOK and Agile methodologies
  • ERP system knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI and SQL
  • ITIL certification
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Analyst) are highly desirable
  • PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
