Individual Support Professional

As a support worker, you will be part of our team that provides individualised support to participants in their homes and communities. This role offers a flexible roster pattern to enable a healthy work-life balance.
Our pay rates start from $38.08 per hour (casual) plus super, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a fulfilling career in the disability sector.
You will be working closely with participants to promote their choice and control in daily life, provide personal care with dignity, and follow behaviour support & health care plans. You will also assist participants to achieve their NDIS goals, broaden their interests, and develop skills such as travel training, budgeting, safe relationships, and life skills.

We are seeking individuals who have:
- Availability to work between Monday-Saturday on a rotating roster between 7.00am to 8.00pm.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 and above) and access to a car.
- A good understanding of person-centred active support or willingness to embrace this model of support.
- Comfort supporting adult clients with intellectual disabilities, verbal behaviours, and mental health diagnoses.
