Job Title: Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities
">Job Description- This role involves supporting individuals living with various physical and mental disabilities, providing assistance with daily life activities and community support.
- You will work collaboratively with participants to engage in educational and work-related endeavors, facilitating access to community, social, and recreational activities.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in psychosocial disabilities and excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively complete case notes through a mobile phone.
Additionally, the individual should possess a valid NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, and NSW Driver's license (with Green P Plates), along with comprehensive car insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
A First Aid Certificate is also required, while a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support is desirable.
