About Our Opportunity

Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide holistic care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a community setting. This role offers the opportunity to work independently as a sole trader, allowing for greater control over working hours and service delivery.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Support Specialist
  • The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of participants with complex disabilities.
  • They will develop personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
Eligibility Criteria
  • AHPRA registration with no conditions or restrictions.
  • Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 3 years).
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) with current status.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR training (both obtained within the specified timeframes).
  • Completion of the Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' from the NDIS Commission website.
