Board Governance Support Role

We are seeking an experienced governance professional to provide high-quality administrative and governance support for the effective operation of our Boards and Committees.

This role will involve facilitating end-to-end Board and Committee meeting processes, including agenda coordination, paper management, and minute taking. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing relevant corporate documents, and supporting the annual Board and Committee performance assessment.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven company secretarial experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives.
