Platform Administrator

The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a vital role in ensuring the success of projects and portfolios within our organization's Information Technology environment.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to coordinate and contribute to various activities that support project management practices. This includes planning, managing, and tracking portfolios, as well as monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on their progress and outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level support to the PMO in its support of all IT teams through the planning, management, and delivery of portfolios and programs of projects and demands;
- Supporting the development, maintenance, and continual review and improvement of the project management framework, including processes, technologies, and training materials;
- Supporting the governance structures and frameworks required to maintain the quality and assurance of the IT PMO.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly embrace new initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
