Job Overview

  • We seek a skilled professional to ensure seamless delivery of our Unity Practice Management platform.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into effective solutions, and optimizing the platform's utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement tailored solutions using Unity PMS and associated technologies.
  2. Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce Unity PMS platform.
  3. Support continued development of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  4. Recommend new features and improvements to enhance client use of the platform.
  5. Develop technical specifications and maintain overall documentation for the business.
  6. Adhere to industry best practices and design guidelines.
  7. Design, operate, and integrate Unity PMS systems to facilitate efficiencies in key areas.
  8. Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation.
  9. Utilize Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
  10. Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and collaborate with relevant team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations.
  • Salesforce Administration Certified.
  • Other Salesforce Certification beneficial.
