We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services across one or more specific work units. Your primary focus will be on providing support to stakeholders and customers of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base in social work principles and practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, consumers, and the community. You will also possess excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of social work services commensurate with level of experience.
