Early Childhood Centre Director Opportunity



Job Description:
Our centre is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Assistant Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
  • Implement and use the Goodstart Practice Guide.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
