Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to lead a corporate information team.

The ideal candidate will provide accurate, effective and customer-focused corporate information management services that places the right corporate information where and when it is needed by council officers.

This role involves driving strategic enhancements in corporate information practices, processes and procedures across the organisation particularly as the council transforms more towards digitized services and information.

About This Role

You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to corporate information staff in all aspects of records and corporate information management, whilst providing a high standard of customer service in a punctual, professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership experience in teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience with corporate information and records management policies, processes and systems
  • Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as business administration, information technology or a related discipline
