**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of HD Fitters in a mobile plant workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy mobile equipment fleet.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Workshop Operations & Scheduling - Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily workshop activities.
  • Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor a team of HD Fitters, allocating tasks and managing rosters.
  • Equipment Performance & Reliability - Monitor fleet performance and ensure all work meets OEM and site standards.
  • Resource & Inventory Management - Manage tooling, parts, and consumables to support continuous workshop operations.
  • Safety & Compliance - Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in line with statutory requirements and company policies.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications Include:**

  • Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent).
  • Proven supervisory experience in a mobile plant workshop environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of mining or heavy earthmoving equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
