The Role

As a Leasing Manager for our newest premium residential residence, you will drive leasing performance, maximise occupancy, and achieve revenue targets.

This is a highly sales-oriented role with strong commission-based incentives to reward high performance. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert leads into leases, build relationships with prospective residents, and deliver an exceptional leasing experience that aligns with our luxury brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
  • Qualify leads and convert inquiries into successful lease signings.
  • Conduct private and group property tours with potential residents, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve maximum revenue per available unit.
