Job Description

As a leasing paralegal in our ALT Corporate team, you will play a key role in the team's excellent client service delivery and ongoing success. You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, innovative legal technology, global strategic projects, and a collaborative culture dedicated to offering an exceptional experience.

  • Undertake property legal work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and related documents as part of volume leasing mandates (office, industrial and retail).
  • Prepare lease reviews and provide due diligence/transaction support working alongside specialist teams.
  • Act as a key client contact on matters and escalate as required.
  • Support process design for individual matters involving legal technology or innovative processes.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, while summarising complex issues succinctly verbally and in writing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of leasing paralegal experience in high-volume leasing practices. Key skills include:

  • Leasing experience with drafting and negotiating lease documents.
  • Sound understanding of the leasing workflow/process.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritisation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
