Business Growth Specialist

This role involves leading the expansion of our novated leasing offerings, acquiring and managing a portfolio of referral accounts from SME employers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a network of new referrers and drive quality leasing inquiries to our finance brokers team
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Identify new industries and target markets for growth opportunities
  • Coordinate contracts and service agreements for acquired accounts, provide onboarding training and ongoing support
  • Monitor and set strategies for continued growth and performance of your portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and drive sales activity

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our ideal candidate has B2B prospecting and sales experience, previous business development experience in finance or relevant industries, and strong communication skills. You must be able to multitask, prioritize your workload, and self-manage a large portfolio of accounts.
