Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Brand Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and excellent copywriting skills.

About the Role

  • Create and distribute brand content across various channels to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working independently with a collaborative mindset.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement and bring new ideas to life for our brands.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with go-to-market objectives.
  • Ad hoc marketing tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Distribution: Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across all channels, identifying relevant influencers to drive brand growth.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate event setup, manage staff and volunteers, and address any issues that arise during events.
  • Website Content Management: Work closely with our Graphic Designer to implement new campaigns using Shopify.
  • Content Development: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality multimedia content for digital platforms, collaborating with photographers, videographers, and other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, maintaining brand voice and personality.
  • Proven experience in content production, influencer management, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
