Job Title: Retail Site Manager

As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail site, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
  • Merchandise, market, and manage stock
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff
  • Manage volume cash handling and reconcilements
  • Supervise food management and maintain hygiene & presentation standards
  • Meet assigned budgets and KPIs

About Us:

We are a locally operated company with 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland from Cooktown to Townsville.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully
  • Possess a passion and commitment to succeed
  • Exhibit outstanding communication across all levels
  • Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
