Retail Site Leader

As a pivotal member of our management team, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail site, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business success.

  • Oversee all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business.
  • Maintain merchandising, marketing, and stock management standards.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff members.
  • Manage volume cash handling and reconcile transactions.
  • Supervise food management practices.
  • Evaluate and maintain hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a small business effectively.
  • A passion for success and commitment to growth.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs).
