Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Site Supervisor to lead our civil construction projects in the FRP sector. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations, with a strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.

  • This is a 10-day on, 4-day off FIFO roster, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Flights, accommodation, and transportation will be provided by us.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification and be proficient in implementing quality control measures. Strong communication skills and the ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively are essential.

About the Role

This senior site supervisor position plays a crucial role in driving the success of our projects. You will oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Your leadership and attention to detail will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency during all stages of the FRP process.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and organise plant, labour, and materials for the project.
  2. Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations.
  4. Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress.
  5. Interpret plans and technical drawings.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  7. Manage quality control processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects.
  • Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
  • Proficient in implementing quality control measures.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
