About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced retail site manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy fuel business. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving site success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of a complex fuel business
- Merchandise, market, and manage stock
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff
- Manage volume cash handling and reconciliations
- Supervise food management and maintain hygiene standards
- Meet assigned budgets and performance indicators

Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully
- Passion for delivering outstanding results
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
