Site Project Manager

This role requires an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases of a civil construction project. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage resources are essential for ensuring that the project is completed on time and meeting all required standards.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging plant, labour & material resources for the project, direction & monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers, thorough understanding of OH&S, maintaining the daily record of site activities, reading plans, and high-level communication with internal & external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate logistics and resources for the project
- Maintain quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead and motivate a team of workers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement effective solutions to problems that arise during the project
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar qualification
- Experience in FRP as a Site Supervisor
- Expertise in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
