We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Front Office team as a Guest Services Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our guests. As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Front Office team while overseeing the daily operations to ensure a world-class experience for our guests.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service in line with our Service Culture
  • Ensuring the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to guest requests
  • Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Front Office Manager/Supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge in Opera System
  • Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
  • Second language (e.g. Mandarin or Cantonese) (advantageous)
