Job Summary:

  • The facilities management professional will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure contract KPIs are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small on-site team, coordinating maintenance activities via CMMS.
  • Lead and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor budgets and provide reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in facilities management or property services.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  4. Australian citizenship (required).
  5. Proficiency with CMMS systems and MS Office Suite.
