Job Overview

The Team Leader plays a vital role in overseeing Bulk Delivery Operations, providing essential support to other sites within the region.

This leadership position requires strong fault finding and mechanical aptitude, as well as effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in an operational leadership role and hold qualifications in frontline management and project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a skilled team;
  • Providing analytical/decision support for continuous improvement plans;
  • Ensuring operational processes meet standards and customer expectations;
  • Change management, project management, people management, report generation, and prep for meetings;

The ideal candidate will be able to work unsupervised, effectively lead and train groups, and demonstrate high computer literacy for day-to-day requirements.
