Job Overview

As a System Integration Lab (SIL) and Facility Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing key aspects of SIL operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of shared facilities, ensuring quality, safety, security, and stakeholder alignment.

This position requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management & User Support: Ensure smooth operations, timely maintenance, and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide technical support to users, maintain facilities compliance, and monitor support systems for notifications and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing resource allocation conflicts to optimize workflows.
