Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor. If you have a passion for health and safety and enjoy coaching, mentoring and supporting people, then this is the ideal role for you.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with us in developing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • The successful candidate will provide advice, training and consultation on health, safety and rehabilitation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • They will manage assigned projects within our WHS Management System, undertaking analysis, reporting and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • The successful candidate will conduct audits/inspections to assess compliance with key requirements of our safety management framework and risk management systems.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess specialist knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing practices, with a focus on fire safety and emergency management. You should be solution-oriented, able to prioritise and multitask effectively.

You will have a positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As an experienced manager of both cultural and operational change, you will be able to take the business on a journey of innovation, collaboration and leadership.
