In your role with our headspace Program team, you will support our clinical teams through: Provide clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team of the headspace program to ensure a high standard of service delivery in youth mental health.
Lead and monitor the establishment, ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of evidence-based care to program participants utilising a stepped model of care.
Support a team of experienced Clinical Team Leaders to ensure that clinical governance, supervision, and supports are provided to on-site teams in delivering services to Young People Lead the Student Placement Programs within Social Futures headspace Centres Joining us, you'll support a team of dedicated individuals who are focused on providing evidence-based best practice in providing holistic supports to Young People.
From providing supervision and leadership to a team of Clinical Leads to being involved in accreditation and program design, your work will be diverse and impactful.

The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, i.e.
psychology, mental health nursing or social work (with mental health accreditation) and relevant professional registration, e.g.
AHPRA or AASW.
At least 2 years' demonstrated experience in supervising a multidisciplinary team providing mental health services to people, particularly young people, presenting with mental health concerns and/or other complexities and demonstrated knowledge of trends and models of service in this area.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in delivering services supporting people managing mental health issues, and the ability to provide workforce mentoring and support.
Experience in child protection including a sound understanding of current legislation and child protection practices.
Note: This role requires clinical registration and demonstrated experience in leading a clinical team.
