Trainer Lifting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a professional educator with a proven background in lifting operations and specialist training to deliver engaging and relevant training services to our students.
This is a full-time position, offering a range of teaching days from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment services, including theory and practical activities;
- Ensuring content and delivery meet regulatory standards;
- Supervising student behaviours and providing motivating training experiences;
- Maintaining equipment, training venues, and aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation;
- Traveling to deliver training off-site when required.
About the Role:
This role plays a vital part in delivering training services that meet industry requirements and support student development.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required);
- A High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL);
- Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors;
- Accreditation by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable);
- Eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check;
- Australian Residency; and
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
