About the Role

As the Retail & B2B Customer Service Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a customer service team across retail and business channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns and deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage operational processes including order management, stock control, supplier coordination, and embroidery.
  • Drive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
