Are you a motivated team player with a passion for retail and a knack for leading others? Romeo's Retail Group is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Grocery and Dairy Team Leaders to join our growing team across various locations in South Australia.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for hands-on leaders who are ready to support day-to-day department operations while delivering a great customer experience. You will ideally have:

  • Experience in grocery or dairy departments within a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to manage stock, merchandising, and presentation standards
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts across multiple store locations
