Catering Coordinator Role

Our conference centre is seeking an experienced Catering Coordinator to oversee all catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and menu planning that meets client needs.

  • Plan menus that are well-balanced and suitable for groups of 50+ people.
  • Manage inventory and equipment ordering to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team to provide exceptional client service and promote our organization positively.
  • Developing and implementing menus that meet budget guidelines and client expectations.

We require a candidate with:

  • A strong commitment to their local church community.
  • Experience in cooking for large groups and managing commercial kitchen equipment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday based on client occupancy.

This full-time position comes with an award wage and a dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week and contribute to the growth of our organization.
