The Appointment

You'll manage end to end project delivery across multiple demolition projects, including:

  • Leading site and office based teams
  • Driving safety, quality, environmental, and cost controls
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Overseeing project variations, reporting, and claims
  • Supporting tender inputs, methodology, and programming
  • Ensuring the team meets deadlines, maintains margins, and grows capability

Beyond delivery, you'll be part of the leadership team driving growth and excellence across the division.
