Program Change Manager Role

As a Program Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing organisational and operational change efforts associated with large acquisition programs.

The role involves defining relevant change processes, ensuring successful transition, adoption, and integration of new processes, systems, and practices between stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support Defence programs
  • Lead organisational transition efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in
  • Oversee adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and practices within customer organisations
  • Act as liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in organisational development or change management
  • Ideal certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP)
  • Strong familiarity with ADF structures and processes
  • Ability to develop and execute structured change frameworks tailored to complex environments
  • Experience within the defence or highly regulated industry preferred

Security Requirements

Must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, preferably already holding a current clearance.
