Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organisational change and ensuring the seamless implementation of new processes.

  • Capture IT service management, CMDB, and digital workflow needs.
  • Align ServiceNow with CSDM for better visibility, governance, and reporting.
  • Refine IT service and asset management processes using CSDM.
  • Define data ownership and ensure CMDB accuracy per CSDM.
  • Structure business, application, and technical services properly.
  • Engage key stakeholders to align with business and ServiceNow strategy.
  • Assess and mitigate impacts of ServiceNow changes.
  • Deliver training and workshops for user adoption.
