Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership of corporate financial resources, ensuring strong fiscal management and oversight of divisional and organisational budgets.
  2. Lead corporate services that are fit-for-purpose and people-centric, building capability, stability, and cultural awareness across the organisation.
  3. Set organisational objectives, policies, and performance standards, ensuring governance, risk management, and operational delivery.
  4. Drive business transformation and cultural initiatives that enhance capability, performance, and technology utilisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An accomplished senior executive with proven success leading corporate portfolios in complex public sector or statutory environments.
  • Exceptional judgement, strategic acumen, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate sensitive issues, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role are highly regarded.
