Creating memorable dining experiences for our guests is a top priority. To achieve this, we're looking for a Demi Chef who will support kitchen activities and prepare delicious food that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing meals that delight the senses.
  • Take ownership of your workstation, ensuring efficient use of supplies, equipment, and waste management.
  • Develop and improve team performance through coaching and feedback, recognizing good work.
  • Meet or exceed HACCP standards with a spotless workstation.
  • Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold a current Safe Food Handling Certification.
  • Be an articulate communicator, warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
  • Posess problem-solving skills that turn issues into opportunities for great guest experiences.
  • Be flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
