We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team.

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Car Park area and other guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise staff members, assist with recruitment, training and development, and foster a positive working environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in guest service roles, a passion for hospitality, and strong communication skills.
