Supporting Role in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This key role involves providing leadership support to the Centre Director, ensuring compliance with national standards, and creating a positive environment for children.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with educators to deliver engaging programs and provide guidance on curriculum development.
  • You will assist the Centre Director with administrative tasks, including compliance and operational duties.
  • You will foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
About You
  • You should have an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, such as a Diploma or Bachelor degree.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or second-in-charge role within Early Childhood is essential.
  • You should have knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively and inspire a team.
