We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the Centre Director in managing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.

About the Role

As Assistant Leader, you will assist the Centre Director with leadership, guidance, and operational tasks, ensuring high-quality care and education for children and families.

  • Supporting educators to deliver engaging programs and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with compliance, administration, and operational tasks to ensure efficient Centre operations.
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a supportive community.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or second-in-charge role within Early Childhood.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and support a team.
