**About the Role?**

We are currently seeking Trainee's, Certificate 3, Diploma and Leadership roles to join our team in a permanent/part time roles working throughout the Monday to Friday weekdays. Shifts will be flexible between the services operations hours of 7.00am until 6.00pm.

**The Role Will Entail**:

- Developing Secure and Supportive Relationships with children and being able to Communicate and Support Families
- Mentoring and assisting a team of Educators whilst being part of a large team dynamic
- Responsible for keeping records and paperwork up to date.
- Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Services Philosophy whilst following the Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe.
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
- Engage and create beautiful learning experiences for children.
- **You will already have or willing to obtain one of the following**:_
- Certificate three or Diploma in Early Education and Care
- Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVPC) Card or willing to attain one before commencement.
- **Desirable**:_
- Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- A good level of computer literacy
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
