This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a leadership position within a dynamic early childhood education environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the centre director in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with national quality standards and fostering a positive learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with leadership and guidance of educators to deliver engaging programs
  • Supporting the centre director with compliance, administration, and operational tasks
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Stepping into the centre director role when required
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and quality care
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An ACECQA-approved diploma or bachelor qualification in early childhood education
  • Previous experience in a leadership or second-in-command role within early childhood
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team
  • A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
