Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the management team, including reception duties, administration, and personal assistant tasks.

  • Reception Duties:
    • Maintain a professional image by greeting clients and customers, managing the office environment, and ensuring all meeting rooms are set up in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate catering and coffee orders for meetings and other events.
  • Administration:
    • Provide basic IT support as needed, assist with accounts payable processes, and order office supplies.
    • Maintain files and records, ensuring that all licenses and insurance certificates are up-to-date.
  • Personal Assistant Tasks:
    • Manage diaries for the management team, making travel arrangements as required.
    • Collate reports and documents for senior management.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an administrative role, possess strong computer skills, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software.
