About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our Adelaide office as an Account Executive. This role is crucial in promoting our customer-centric culture among our existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to drive sales growth.
  • Represent Temperzone and Hitachi in a positive manner, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships.
  • Follow up on commercial leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for Temperzone and Hitachi.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends.
  • Provide sales support for Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers.
  • Attend sales meetings with the branch manager and provide regular reports.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous.
