Branch Leadership Role

This permanent, full-time position is responsible for driving the branch's growth through leadership, team coaching, and business development.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills, able to develop, coach, and manage staff performance to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach and develop competencies in your team, focusing on continuous improvement and helping them achieve their performance and career development goals.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand, and actively participating in events.
  • Lead by example, prioritising the customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you.
  • Be a lifelong learner, bringing your brilliant mind and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Build connections, supporting customers, giving back, and making communities a better place while having some fun along the way.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
  • The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of retail branch operations.
