Job Description

As a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and shaping a thriving learning community. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, including compliance, enrolments, rostering, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

Our ideal candidate is a calm, capable, and experienced leader who brings steady, compassionate guidance, a strong foundation in early childhood, and a genuine love of supporting others. They will possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved), along with proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of regulations, frameworks, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
