Branch Leadership Opportunity

This senior role requires a strong business acumen, strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their competencies and performance.
  • Work closely with the Community Bank board to build relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and prioritize the customer experience to deliver high-quality service.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement solutions to improve compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and growing teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending with a deep understanding of financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Gympie. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
