Senior Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Canberra-based team. As a key member of our Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio and shaping a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of a large and varied client portfolio, fostering growth and development through effective leadership.
  • Act as the primary client contact, working closely with partners to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 staff), focusing on their career development and capability.
  • Communicate complex matters clearly and concisely to clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
  • Apply strong technical skills across a diverse client base, with a focus on property and construction, driving business success and innovation.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and development through strategic leadership and innovative thinking.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in Professional Services, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • 3 – 4 years managing a team, with a focus on talent development and retention.
  • Business development experience, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
  • Committed to continuing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
